Our entry-level model for more driving fun through an attractive and individually adjustable lowering is the KW V1 coilover suspension in the KW typical “inox-line”. Thanks to its high-quality workmanship, the consistent use of struts made of stainless steel, corrosion-resistant springs and coordinated components, it stands for many years of driving pleasure – not just for the life of the car.

Stepless lowering
The KW V1 enables maximum lowering in the tested adjustment range. Depending on the vehicle model, this varies and can be between 30 and 70 millimeters or 50 to 90 millimeters for an individual lowering. Thanks to the dirt-resistant trapezoidal thread and the polyamide ring nut, the stepless lowering can be varied quickly and easily even after years. Depending on the vehicle, the lowering is carried out either on the wheel-guiding KW stainless steel struts or, in the case of non-wheel-guiding double wishbone rear axles, on the rear axle height adjustment.

Setup – Factory-preconfigured damping setup
The KW V1 has a vehicle-specific , fixed damper setup. The spring and the damper are perfectly matched to each other so that you experience an optimal balance of sportiness and suitability for everyday use when driving.
